I have been having vocal lessons since forever and passed my grade 8 vocal exam in July 2020 with distinction. I passed my grade 3 with a distinction, grade 4, grade 6 and grade 7 with a merit. This was with RSL Award.
I am currently studying music theory with Anna James Music working through my grades (every day is a school day!!)
I have learnt vocal range, pitch, warm up exercises and breathing. I have a 3 octave range and can sing most styles except opera.
I joined Medway Can Sing choir in 2017 to develop more knowledge of singing, harmonies, breaking songs down and different sections of songs and vocals.
I attended The Anderson School of Dance from 2010-2016 and have passed my Star 1 Freestyle Exam in May 2016 with Honours. I have also passed my Bronze Latin dance exam in May 2016 with Highly Commended.
I have taught the IDTA Musical Theatre Syllabus from 2013-2016 and supported the young people in taking their exams. This has involved teaching warm up exercises, going through the different grades, choreographing dance steps and working out song vocals.
I directed the music at The Showcase Extravaganza show in 2014 and supported the pupils in costume changes, props, rehearsals and performing with them. I also supported the pupils when they performed at Her Majesty’s Theatre in 2012 and 2016.
In December 2015 I performed at Her Majesty’s Theatre with Anderson School Of Dance as part of Class Talent company.
I joined Prima Stage School in 2016 and I have also performed twice at The Hazlet Theatre with Prima Stage School.
I am a qualified nursery nurse and youth worker and have my diploma in community education and GCSE in Community Drama.
